Custom Orders:
All custom orders are completed on a queued first paid for basis. Work begins on your order after payment has been received (or cleared, in the case of e-checks). I will let you know an approximate completion time when your order is received. There is usually a waiting list, so if you need your order quickly or for a special event, it is recommended that you get your order in early. Also please keep in mind that some fabrics or colors may need to be ordered. It can take 7 - 10 days for these to arrive, in addition to the time it will take to complete your order. Prior to confirming and placing your order you will be notified if anything you have selected will need to be ordered, so you have the option to select another option.
